Southern Tire Mart

I had a set of Toyo ATIII’s installed on my Chevy 2500 by STM yesterday. Robert Dickson helped me pick the set out. He was so kind & easy to work with. Once the tires were in stock, I dropped the truck off at around 7:30 in the morning. It was done by 9:30! Truck looks great & I’m impressed with the quick, efficient service I received. Will definitely be back again when it’s time for a new set, & I’ll recommend STM to everyone I know.

This business is by far the best to get your tires. I went through nearly two months of a consistent bump in my tires , that couldn't be narrowed down nowhere else. Southern Tire Mart narrowed it down no problem, the tires were changed out for another reliable premium tire and all the rims and tires were installed perfectly. Anthony was on the phone with the previous tire company helping me to get the warranty situation sorted out, he kept me up to date on what was happening with my vehicle and even me called me back later on to check and make sure I was happy with everything , that means a ton, thank you. The technicians that installed the tires got it right, they knew exactly what was wrong and fixed the problem, the new tires run super smooth and they got my vehicle rolling down the road nearly perfectly. I absolutely love this place. The customer service is excellent from the time you walk in the door to the time you leave , everything is super Professional. The waiting area was clean , comfortable, cold water and large clean restrooms. Five stars isn't enough, I need a selection for adding way more additional stars. My personal opinion is this is a 100 plus star business. I

We are regular customers at this Southern Tire and the service is great. Fast and helpful crew - makes the unfortunate situation of replacing tires a little easier to take!

Once again, the guys at this STM location are the best. Stopped in to ask about when I could bring one of our trucks in for steer tires — right now Matt says. Tommy took truck right in and had me out in no time. This is probably the third review I’ve posted and will continue each time these folks go above and beyond to keep our trucks on the road. Thanks all!

This Southern tire Mart always helps keep me and my company rolling. The customer service from everybody there is absolutely top notch, and the pricing is always fair and reasonable, especially compared to a lot of the other options that I have such as truck stops. As a small company, being able to pinch a penny anywhere we can is vital to our success, especially as we go through a lot of tires with our setup. I've been using this Southern tire Mart for over 6 years now. Started at the old location and they have always kept anything in mind with wheels rolling whether it be my four-wheeler my old scout. Any of my tractors are heavy machinery or just my wife's car. While Amos is my account manager and is someone to go above and beyond at any time which is truly remarkable in today's world of lack of customer service, The whole team there though, follows the same standard that he gives me for that they have a customer for life.
